Email will be stored on WorldSpice's server for two months (60 days).
At 60 days, all email that is 60 days and older is deleted. We must
free server space up for new emails for our clients.
Yes. We offer Webmail, a web-based email interface to your private email
account at WorldSpice. We believe you will find this program a great asset
in your total Internet experience. All you need is access to the World Wide
Web. We do not have a toll free number to access your email. Once you're
online, you can then read and write email over the web.
For web hosting accounts on our Linux servers:
Just fire up a browser and type in the address field:

Your email server is probably not operational or very busy. If WorldSpice
supplies your email, contact us. If not, contact your email provider.
Yes you can, providing you have your own domain name. See instructions
below. If you don't have your own domain name, please call us at (901)
843-9300 and we will take care of this for you. After providing proof of
your identity to the technical representative of WorldSpice, you can provide
a new password and it will be entered in the system immediately.
Administrative tool for clients who own a domain name:
To log into the email administration, go to this web site:
http://mail.YourDomainName.com/controlpanel
For example, if your domain name is johnstrucks.com you will type into your
web browser:
http://mail.johnstrucks.com/controlpanel
This will take you to the Email Assistant Login page. It will ask for a
domain, username and password. These are given to you when your account is
setup.
Once you have logged in to the email assistant, you will now be able to
add new email addresses.
To add a new email address, click on the button that says "Add New Address".
You should now see a web page asking for the new address. Where it says
email address, just type the beginning portion you would like to add. For
example, if you want to add info@johnstrucks.com, just type info. It already
assumes the @ the domain name given. Try to avoid using periods in the email
address since most email servers don't respond well with an email address
containing symbols, such as /, $, #, *, &, etc.
Leave Email address blank and mailbox checked (unless you want to forward
the new email to another email address).
In the password section, just type in the password you want to use and
it is advised that you use 6 or more characters.
Now click submit and it will return the account username that has been
assigned. It should be the domain name with a dash and a number. For
example, if you are using netsecure.net as the domain the account username
should come back like netsecure.net-23.
To modify an already existing email address, click on modify and type in
the new password you would like to use and click submit. If you want to
delete an email address, click on the box titled "delete this address".
