Invoices are mailed 15 days prior to the invoice date, and payment is due in advance for services rendered. Credit Cards AcceptedWorldSpice accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. AccountsBusiness AccountsAll business accounts are set up as Net 15 unless special arrangements are made with the accounting department. Dial-up CustomersDial-up customers may choose from several billing options: quarterly, semi-annual or annually. However, the invoice is marked "due on receipt" and payment is due within 15 days of invoice or the account will be terminated due to non-payment. New Dial-up CustomersNew dial-up customers must provide credit card information that will be used automatically on a monthly basis either on the 1st or the 15th of each month.
